Gifted Testing - CPS now offers gifted assessments by using intelligence and achievement measures. So many times giftedness goes unrecognized and possibly misdiagnosed as an attention, personality, or learning disorder. Just because a child is in the gifted range does not exempt them from such problems, however, an understanding of a child's particular strengths and weaknesses can help in creating a clear picture and a clear plan - driving medical treatment, medication choices, as well as school and home based interventions.

Movement Disorders - Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and other neurological disorders affect the way we move,and also affects our thought processes, memory, speech, and so much more. We provide specialized testing for movement disorders and work with your neurologist to design a treatment plan to help you get moving again.

Psychological Testing -Mood and behavior problems are all so common yet sometimes so difficult to diagnose. Our general diagnostic testing will help you better understand yourself and develop a treatment plan tailored for you.

Custody Evaluation - We understand how difficult it is to experience the pain of a marital breakup, the challenges to regain your parental rights, and the need to focus on the best interests of the children. We accept referrals from area Departments of Social of Services, attorneys, and concerned parents.

Neuropsychological Testing - We look at your brain by assessing your cognitive abilities, memory, and motor skills through a variety of tests. Dr. Gaddis has special interests in the neuropsychological problems associated with aging and with movement disorders.
Children and Adolescent Testing - CPS now offers a complete children and adolescent testing progam that complements our adult testing services. We provide behavioral, learning disability (including ADHD), and custody evaluations beginning at age 4 through adolescents age 18. Both children and adolescents have unique needs and are experiencing many changes, physical, social, cognitive, and emotional. We utilize the most well validated and respected testing instruments to ensure your child gets an appropriate test battery, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.

Geriatric - We all grow older yet senior adults experience mood disorders, memory problems, and other issues in different ways. We have designed a geriatric testing program that is compassionate and allows the senior adult to set the pace. We also offer driver and capacity evaluations.

Chronic Pain - We provide specific well-validated tests to understand how the mind and body responds to constant pain. Such testing helps the pain doctor provide the appropriate treatment so the patient has more treatment and therefore more possibilities to enjoy a pain free life.

Bariatric - If you or someone you know is considering laproscopic or bariatric by-pass surgery your surgeon and insurance company will require a psychological evaluation. We provide the psychological testing that complies with the recommendations of the American Society for Bariatric Surgery.

ADHD/Learning Disabilities - For children through adults we

provide comprehensive ADHD and Learning Disability assessments that conform to the requirements to receive support services at school or to simply improve your concentration and productivity at work or at home.
