Jessica began her career as a psychometrist conducting at the University of Mississippi Medical center in Jackson, MS. There she worked primarily with patients ranging from children to a geriatric population who had experienced a traumatic brain injury or brain related illness. She also worked with Methodist Rehabilitation Center assessing the cognitive complications of stroke victims. From there she moved to Harrisonburg, Virginia in 2005 to work with Dr. Nadia Webb who specializes in the gifted population. There she conducted testing on a population who often had been misdiagnosed with learning disabilities and/or behavior problems that actually tested in the gifted range. She also conducted testing for forensic cases for personal injury, competency evaluations as well as custody evaluations. In 2006, Jessica passed the certification exam to become one of 50 psychometrists in the country to have a Certified Specialty in Psychometry (CSP). In 2007 she was elected and currently serves as Vice President of the National Association of Psychometrists (NAP). She is also a member of the National Association of Neuropsychologist (NAN).
